These terms are between you and us, the operator named in the legal notice, for the game on this website and in its apps. By playing, you accept them. What we do with your data is in the privacy notice.

The game is free

Every rule, seat, bot and invitation is free, and you need no account. Coins cannot be bought, and nothing you can buy changes the dice or anyone's chances.

Your name and how you play

Pick a name that insults no one, pretends to be no one else and breaks no law. Do not cheat, do not spoil other people's games, and do not attack or overload the game's servers. If someone does, we may remove their name, take their seat or keep them out of the game.

Coins

Coins are earned by playing, and only by playing. They cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money, and they have no money value. We may take back coins that were credited by mistake or by cheating.

Your collection

What you earn or buy is your collection: the right to use it in the game, not ownership of anything outside it. Until you save it with a passkey or a recovery code, it is only on your device, and if the device or its browser data is lost, the collection is lost with it; we cannot bring it back.

You can delete your collection in the game at any time. Everything in it goes for good, what you paid for too, and deleting it refunds nothing.

Buying packs

A pack brings rooms and what comes only with them, such as a board or a piece of its own, and its price is shown in euros, VAT included, before you buy. Only a saved collection can buy one. On the web you buy from Link, Stripe's shop service, which sells it for us: its terms of sale apply to the purchase, and Link handles the payment, the receipt, refunds and your right of withdrawal. In an app, you buy from Apple or Google, under their terms. If you are under 18, ask a parent before you buy.

What you buy is added to your collection. When you lay a room at a table, everyone at it plays in it; they see it, they do not own it.

As long as the game runs

What you bought stays yours to use for as long as the game runs. We may improve a room or change how it looks, but we will not take away one you bought.

If we ever shut the game down, we will say so at least three months before, in the game and on this page, and stop selling on the day we say it. Until the end, everything you bought stays usable.

Changes

The game changes as we work on it, and it may sometimes be unavailable, for maintenance or through a fault; we cannot promise that it always runs. We may change these terms for the future and will say so in the game first. A purchase stays under the terms it was made under.

Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the Product Liability Act and where we gave a guarantee. For slight negligence we are liable only when we breach a duty that makes the contract possible at all and that you may rely on, and then only for the damage that is typical and foreseeable for it. Otherwise we are not liable.

Law and disputes

German law applies. If you are a consumer living in another country of the EU, its law still protects you wherever it cannot be set aside by agreement. We do not take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board, and we are not obliged to.

Diese Bedingungen gelten zwischen dir und uns, dem Betreiber aus dem Impressum, für das Spiel auf dieser Website und in seinen Apps. Wer spielt, nimmt sie an. Was wir mit deinen Daten tun, steht in der Datenschutzerklärung.

Das Spiel ist kostenlos

Jede Regel, jeder Platz, jeder Bot und jede Einladung ist kostenlos, und du brauchst kein Konto. Münzen kann man nicht kaufen, und nichts, was man kaufen kann, verändert die Würfel oder irgendwessen Chancen.

Dein Name und wie du spielst

Wähle einen Namen, der niemanden beleidigt, sich nicht als jemand anderes ausgibt und gegen kein Gesetz verstößt. Schummle nicht, störe keine fremden Spiele und greife die Server des Spiels nicht an und überlaste sie nicht. Tut das jemand, dürfen wir seinen Namen entfernen, ihm seinen Platz nehmen oder ihn vom Spiel ausschließen.

Münzen

Münzen verdient man beim Spielen, und nur beim Spielen. Man kann sie nicht kaufen, verkaufen oder gegen Geld tauschen, und sie haben keinen Geldwert. Münzen, die durch einen Fehler oder durch Schummeln gutgeschrieben wurden, dürfen wir zurücknehmen.

Deine Sammlung

Was du verdienst oder kaufst, ist deine Sammlung: das Recht, es im Spiel zu nutzen, kein Eigentum an etwas außerhalb davon. Bis du sie mit einem Passkey oder einem Wiederherstellungscode sicherst, ist sie nur auf deinem Gerät, und gehen das Gerät oder seine Browserdaten verloren, ist auch die Sammlung verloren; wir können sie nicht zurückholen.

Du kannst deine Sammlung jederzeit im Spiel löschen. Dann ist alles darin endgültig weg, auch was du gekauft hast, und das Löschen erstattet nichts.

Pakete kaufen

Ein Paket bringt Räume und was nur mit ihnen kommt, etwa ein Brett oder eine eigene Figur, und sein Preis steht vor dem Kauf in Euro da, mit Mehrwertsteuer. Kaufen kann nur eine gesicherte Sammlung. Im Web kaufst du bei Link, dem Verkaufsdienst von Stripe, der es für uns verkauft: Für den Kauf gelten seine Verkaufsbedingungen, und Link kümmert sich um Zahlung, Beleg, Erstattungen und dein Widerrufsrecht. In einer App kaufst du bei Apple oder Google, zu deren Bedingungen. Bist du unter 18, frag vor dem Kauf deine Eltern.

Was du kaufst, kommt in deine Sammlung. Deckst du einen Raum für einen Tisch, spielen alle daran in ihm; sie sehen ihn, gehören tut er ihnen nicht.

Solange das Spiel läuft

Was du gekauft hast, kannst du nutzen, solange das Spiel läuft. Wir dürfen einen Raum verbessern oder sein Aussehen ändern, aber einen gekauften nehmen wir dir nicht weg.

Sollten wir das Spiel je einstellen, sagen wir das mindestens drei Monate vorher, im Spiel und auf dieser Seite, und verkaufen ab diesem Tag nichts mehr. Bis zum Ende bleibt alles nutzbar, was du gekauft hast.

Änderungen

Das Spiel ändert sich, während wir daran arbeiten, und es kann zeitweise nicht erreichbar sein, wegen Wartung oder eines Fehlers; dass es immer läuft, können wir nicht versprechen. Diese Bedingungen dürfen wir für die Zukunft ändern und sagen das vorher im Spiel. Ein Kauf bleibt bei den Bedingungen, zu denen er gemacht wurde.

Haftung

Wir haften unbeschränkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit, bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit, nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz und soweit wir eine Garantie übernommen haben. Bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur, wenn wir eine Pflicht verletzen, die den Vertrag überhaupt erst möglich macht und auf die du dich verlassen darfst, und dann nur für den vertragstypischen, vorhersehbaren Schaden. Im Übrigen haften wir nicht.

Recht und Streit

Es gilt deutsches Recht. Bist du Verbraucher und wohnst in einem anderen Land der EU, schützt dich dessen Recht weiter, soweit es sich nicht durch Vereinbarung abbedingen lässt. Wir nehmen nicht an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teil und sind dazu nicht verpflichtet.

El juego es gratis

Cada regla, asiento, bot e invitación es gratis, y no necesitas cuenta. Las monedas no se pueden comprar, y nada de lo que se puede comprar cambia los dados ni las posibilidades de nadie.

Tu nombre y cómo juegas

Elige un nombre que no insulte a nadie, que no se haga pasar por otra persona y que no infrinja ninguna ley. No hagas trampas, no estropees las partidas de otros y no ataques ni sobrecargues los servidores del juego. Si alguien lo hace, podemos quitarle el nombre, quitarle el asiento o dejarle fuera del juego.

Monedas

Las monedas se ganan jugando, y solo jugando. No se pueden comprar, vender ni cambiar por dinero, y no tienen valor en dinero. Podemos retirar las monedas abonadas por error o por trampas.

Tu colección

Lo que ganas o compras es tu colección: el derecho a usarlo en el juego, no la propiedad de nada fuera de él. Hasta que la guardes con una llave de acceso o un código de recuperación, solo está en tu dispositivo, y si se pierden el dispositivo o los datos de su navegador, la colección se pierde con ellos; no podemos recuperarla.

Puedes borrar tu colección en el juego cuando quieras. Todo lo que hay en ella desaparece para siempre, también lo que pagaste, y borrarla no reembolsa nada.

Comprar packs

Un pack trae salas y lo que solo viene con ellas, como un tablero o una figura propia, y su precio se muestra en euros, con IVA, antes de comprar. Solo una colección guardada puede comprarlo. En la web compras a Link, el servicio de venta de Stripe, que lo vende por nosotros: a la compra se aplican sus condiciones de venta, y Link se ocupa del pago, el recibo, los reembolsos y tu derecho de desistimiento. En una app compras a Apple o a Google, con sus condiciones. Si tienes menos de 18 años, pregunta a tus padres antes de comprar.

Lo que compras se añade a tu colección. Cuando pones una sala en una mesa, todos los que están en ella juegan en esa sala; la ven, pero no es suya.

Mientras el juego exista

Lo que compraste puedes usarlo mientras el juego exista. Podemos mejorar una sala o cambiar su aspecto, pero no te quitaremos una que hayas comprado.

Si algún día cerramos el juego, lo diremos al menos tres meses antes, en el juego y en esta página, y dejaremos de vender ese mismo día. Hasta el final, todo lo que compraste se puede seguir usando.

Cambios

El juego cambia mientras trabajamos en él, y a veces puede no estar disponible, por mantenimiento o por un fallo; no podemos prometer que funcione siempre. Podemos cambiar estas condiciones para el futuro y lo diremos antes en el juego. Una compra se rige por las condiciones con las que se hizo.

Responsabilidad

Respondemos sin límite por dolo y negligencia grave, por daños a la vida, el cuerpo o la salud, según la ley alemana de responsabilidad por productos y donde dimos una garantía. Por negligencia leve solo respondemos si incumplimos un deber que hace posible el contrato y en el que puedes confiar, y entonces solo por el daño típico y previsible. En lo demás no respondemos.

Ley y litigios

Se aplica la ley alemana. Si eres consumidor y vives en otro país de la UE, su ley te sigue protegiendo en todo lo que no puede excluirse por acuerdo. No participamos en procedimientos de resolución de litigios ante una entidad de arbitraje de consumo, ni estamos obligados a ello.
